Thank you thank you thank you...............

Well here it is Saturday 19th August and we have been back in Newhaven nearly 48 hours. Less than 48 hours and we will both be back at work!!! We had a fantastic honeymoon and fitted in heaps of adventures in our 3 weeks in Australia. It was wonderful to catch up with so many friends and family. During our stay my mother had a mild heart attack and spent some time in hospital. We were pleased to find her well enough to join us for lunch on our final day. The latest update is that mum will see a cardiologist later this month to determine if anything further needs to be done. Mum & Dad are pictured above - keep on smiling you two!

We want to thank people for all they did to make our time very special - Mum & Dad; Malcolm and Isla who helped celebrate Jude's birthday; Wayne & Sandra in Dampier for showing us nothing! Kathy & Michael for their car, their taxi service and their laughter plus Glynn for giving up his bed and also driving us to the airport. Many thanks to Sue and Doug for hosting a fantastic wedding party for us even though we brought VB! Huge thanks to our friends at the party who spoilt us with a variety of wonderful gifts and much laughter! To Heather, Graeme, Lynley, E.J. and Matt for a wonderful evening in Sydney - we might even be brave enough to tackle the funnel webs next time!! To everyone of our friends and family we thank you for being part of our lives even though we are separated by thousands of miles. We love you all and miss you already!! PS Even though your name might not be mentioned you are just as important as those who were!! xx
